God gives with both hands, it seems
Wo-ow. I’m finally able to rest for a bit. I’m kind of excited. I get to sleep tonight!! It’s been too long. Damn those midterms. But I think I did well, so I won’t curse them for long. But I literally spent every day and night since last Thursday working nonstop. Even on the train ride home, I didn’t get a break. Just busted out my laptop and frantically typed articles and redrafts and blah dee blah.
And it’s like after all my running around like a chicken with its head cut off, I get to go to Vegas! Wooot, woot. I <3 it there. So pretty, so bright, so warm and not effing freezing like it is by the Lake. And just in time, my new credit card came in the mail! Time to burn some plastic and get further in debt. But in a fun, shopping-related way. :)
AND I got a free venti white mocha from Starbucks. That’s the kind of thing ppl are allowed to be braggy about. Because I had to buy 7 drinks to get the 8th free, so it took a few weeks.
Ah. Alhamdallah (Thank God). I’m just going to take a quick nap before reviewing my notes. I’m so nervous about panel tomorrow. Eeep.
